I actually had Sam Speigal , Spike’s brother and co-orchestrater of THE TOUR MUSIC, do a remix 2 the scary one 2 make the music fit. I planned 2 put it on a DVD later this year. No rant’s here just an explanation of why yall getting those other vids rt now that I ain’t approve and why I ain’t finna post neither on my blog. So I hope whoever leaked them got the shine they was looking 4 cause that’s all they’ll get now. And I know that’s incorrect english but that’s how I talk when I want 2. Oh and I’ve just been 2 busy 2 get at the New York Times for all that his Ego BLAH BLAH BLAH bullshit so stay tuned.   For fun, I want yall 2 read this whole post in the Grandma’s Boy JP robot voice LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you’ve heard of the festival.  If not, you’ve surely heard of the channel.  Sundance Film Festival, the Sundance Institute, and the Sundance Channel are one of the few powerhouses to bring indy films to the masses.  Year around you can catch the often overlooked, but really great films on the Sundance Channel. It seems that it would only be a matter of time until Chris Brown and Rihanna continued in the footsteps of Jay-Z and Beyonce and start doing songs together. Perhaps that time is now. Chris and Rihanna were spotted in the studio together and while it could simply be that Rihanna needs all the moral support she can get when she’s attempting to sing, a duet just seems like the next natural step. Whatever.

Naomi Campbell dropped by uninvited to Diddy’s Celebrity Extravaganza on his yacht this past weekend in Cannes and got her feelings hurt. According to TMZ, the pair got into a screaming match and he threw her ass off the boat. No not literally. Surprisingly anger management reject Naomi didn’t get violent, instead she started crying. Perhaps this chick conveniently forgot that Diddy doesn’t like her. Annnd it was her 38th birthday. Bullet! Bullet! Bullet!

Naomi’s team tried to cover the story up by saying that Naomi was so happy to see her friends that she burst into tears and ran off the boat. Nice try but I don’t believe you need more people.

T.I. has teamed up with MTV to put together an 8 episode unscripted reality series. The show will follow T.I. throughout his 1,000 hours of community service tour and life leading up to his 1 year prison sentence scheduled to commence in early 2009.

Speaking of community service, T.I. plans to serve his time through public speaking to America’s troubled youth. Supposedly he is going to be speaking out in opposition to drugs, gangs and illegal and reckless gun use in a sort of ’scared straight’ manner. Umm I find this nonsense rather phony. Nobody believes that he’s changed his ways that damn fast and for him to be sitting on stage preaching to children shit he doesn’t believe in is just insulting to the children. But I guess if him speaking saves at least one reckless ass child that this country seems to be so full of these days then I guess it’s worth it.

While no studio or production company affiliations have yet been announced, Diddy already knows what actress he wants: Sienna Miller or Angelina Jolie. Both are beautiful, captivating and emotive women. Oh, did we mention this is a comedy? Not to fear, though, since Diddy plans to land Eddie Murphy as his star. A cinch!

Before he gets too far, someone better tell Diddy that he can’t “sample” screenplays, or Murphy might find himself talking about pork belly futures and women from Queens all over again.

As a favor to his friend and supporter, Ted Kennedy, Barack Obama recently took his place as the Wesleyan commencement speaker.  Kennedy was recently diagnosed with a serious brain tumor so he was unable to keep the engagement.  Luckily for the students of Wesleyan Obama was able to keep the engagement where he received the reaction students usually would reserve for a drunken party.  Here is the speech Obama delivered.

The Chinese government, in the wake of the earthquake earlier this month has decided to lift the one child ban on parents who lost their child in the earthquake.  China’s one-child rule has been around since 1979, when it was created as a method of population control, and only lifted in very special circumstances. Remember when you were in elementary when there was all of that talk about Chinese families drowning female babies?  Well, this rule was the source of those problems.  The Chinese government is allowing this suspension of the rule in response to the anger of many parents at the fact that so many schools collapsed in the earthquake with over 10,000 students killed, suggesting poor construction.  But, wait a minute… there are a lot of reasons why the lifting of the rule for parents who lost children might be of little solace.  1. You can’t just replace a child  2. What if mothers are already too old to conceive?  3. Some mothers, to prevent breaking the one-child rule have gotten their tubes tied.  What a nightmare.
